What does one wear on a cold and rainy day in Los Angeles? I would suggest ankle pants, for avoiding puddles of course. A long sleeve silk blouse for warmth (and a little added chicness!), a great coat that makes you so happy you don’t even care that it’s cold out. And patent leather shoes; I once got stuck in the rain while wearing satin shoes — that was tragic. |
