Element of Surprise

I put this outfit together when I was getting ready for the Bika Swimwear fashion show. Since this BCBG mini skirt is short, I wanted to keep things loose and flowing up top. I decided to pair it with this elegant silk top because the cut of the top is slouchy which adds a nice contrast against the bandage skirt. The colors almost blend together but the shoes add an element of surprise.
