Photos by: My cute little fiancé
Positano had been on my list of must-see places for such a long time before my handsome fiancé, Frank, and I got around to booking a trip there. It was on my list for the obvious reasons: stunning views of the coast, delicious handmade pasta, fresh caught seafood, authentic gelato and because we knew there would be endless things to do and sights to see. In our 6 days in Positano, we did day trips to Amalfi, Capri, Ravello and Praiano and while that sounds like a lot of ground to cover, it was really mangeable. As much as we both love adventures and itineraries, we also love just wandering down a random street and picking up a few scoops of gelato. To me a great vacation is balanced. You hit some of the cool touristy I-did-this-for-Instagram spots and spend some days vegging out by the hotel pool. Positano was everything that I thought it would be and more so while it is now officially checked off my bucket list, I’m already mentally planning our next trip back. There’s just something about Italy.
I hope you enjoy these photos!
