It’s January 26th which means we’re quickly approaching that awkward, in-between season. The end of winter, but not-quite-spring debacle. Layers are usually my bff this time of year, because I can leave the house bundled up, and remove coats, scarves, and hats as needed. Looks like this one always serve as a great transitional outfit between seasons, because they bridge the gap between fashion and function. A tweed blazer is the perfect lightweight layer, a long sleeve button down keeps things classic, and khaki trousers are a tailored, neutral base. Add in a low heeled riding boot, and you’ll be as comfortable as you are chic!
I loved spending the day at the horse stables riding, and shooting these photos. Being around horses always gives me such a sense of calm. I hope to do more riding in 2021.
Thanks for stopping by!
