Dress: Dahlia Wolf c/o, Necklace: Forever 21 (also loving this bib necklace), Earrings: H&M, Bracelet: ASOS, Bag: Gucci, Shoes: Charles David c/o, Hat: D&Y via TJ Maxx

I was so excited when Dahlia Wolf reached out to me about having one of my design inspiration photos come to life. It’s a site where readers have the opportunity to upload images of clothing they like and others vote for it. The photos with the most votes have the chance to be recreated by one of the talented Dahlia Wolf designers and then sold. The best part? The person who uploaded the photo receives commission off of any sales. I think it’s such a great concept and I can’t wait to upload more inspirational photos. The dress I’m wearing was inspired by this Jason Wu sleveless trench dress. It’s not exactly the same but it features the same bold seam detailing and a similar silhouette. I decided to pair my dress with strappy blue sandals, a structured bag and a floppy hat for an extra touch of glamour. I love how the bold lines in the hat play off of the dress.

Be sure to check out Dahlia Wolf if you get a chance and upload some photos of your own. I get so much inspiration just from being on their site. Also, if you love the “Keene Sense” dress as much as I do, you can buy it here!

I hope you have a great day. Thank you so much for reading!

  1. Elizabeth my jaw literally dropped when I saw this photo. And I cannot believe you helped design it! I love everything about it and want one of my own! Congrats lady and I hope you don't mind if we are trench twins 😉

  2. how would you say the quality of the trench is? I am considering to buy it. Is it lined? It is made out of cotton? Where is it made? Is it true to size? Thanks!

  3. Oh my gosh. I've just come across your blog after seeing your intstagram and I am in love! I have always had my mom buy what I wear, but thankfully she has great style like you. Lol yeah thank God for a great mom. But ever since I've gone to college I have to of course get my own clothes. I've never been one to love shopping, but that was because I didn't know what clothes to shop for. Scrolling through your blog has been amazing. I usually dress "safe", afraid of not matching. But seeing your styles has been inspiring. Style is self-expression. And I'm not scared to take an adventure with different clothes. I love the way you dress and I'm glad I have someone to look to for style. Lol even if I don't know you personally. Thanks! Keep using your gift to inspire!
