My goal this morning when I put this outfit together was to make it look like I was wearing a color blocked dress. The way the silk top draped over the dress (worn as a skirt) underneath was perfect for my vision. And this wonderful J Crew Necklace was just an added bonus. This ensemble was simple, yet chic, and comfortable — that does not happen often!
