Today when I put on this dress I couldn’t help but think of the lovely Victoria Beckham. She is the queen of the pencil dress and she wears them oh-so-well. I especially love the neckline on this one. Instead of taking my usual route and pairing it with a statement necklace, I decided to add this pretty vintage, green belt.
