For today’s look, I was given the task of incorporating Targets minimalism trend into an outfit look. If you’ve been reading A Keene Sense of Style for a while, you probably know that I’m not much of a minimalist. I mean, I love big hair, lots of lipstick, bold prints and bright colors, so I decided to put my own twist on this simple trend. I layered a black and white houndstooth jacket over my blue, white and black silky blouse to give the look more visual interest. I then added in houndstooth pumps for a fun twist and silver accessories just to keep things glamorous. My favorite thing about trends is that you get to make them your own, don’t be afraid to put your own spin on things!
