Ruffles & Corsets & Florals, Oh My

Lately, I’ve been feeling a little girlier than usual and I know that I’ve said it many times before, but what I love most about fashion is how easily I can express myself with an outfit. One of my favorite things to do is get dressed up, get glam, and pick any outfit I want from my closet. Now that the holidays are here I get even more excited to dress up. So, for today’s outfit, I went with a beautiful floral print dress. You guys, not only is it floral print, but it also has a ruffle detail on the bottom and if you know me, you know I’m a sucker for ruffles. Floral print is always fun, whether its spring, summer or even winter (in SoCal anyways). When I first tried on this dress, it fit a little loose, so I thought to myself, what can I do to make it a little more form fitting, but still keep it sleek and chic? A wide corset belt did just the trick and it added a sexy/edgy vibe.
