I wanted to put a ladylike spin on this utility vest. Last time, I paired it with denim cut off shorts and a neon v-neck (seen here) Today, I dressed it up a bit by adding a printed blouse, a cream skirt, nude wedges, and a bold pink lip. This version is definitely a little more in my comfort zone. Which look do you you like best?
