Bruges is a town that looks like it was pulled straight from the pages of a fairytale. The narrow streets, dramatic canals and medieval architecture make it a charming and picturesque destination, while the fine chocolate, diverse beer and moules frittes make it a foodie paradise. Boyfriend and I had the pleasure of spending 2 days here and while it was enough time to see all the nooks and crannies of the city, I could have stayed much longer. In Bruges you feel like you’re walking around in a painting. It was raining for most of our time in the city, but that didn’t stop us from exploring, in fact, it made it even more romantic. We lost track of time wandering around the cobblestone streets, museum hopping and sampling chocolate from all of the local vendors.
I hope you enjoy my Bruges photo diary! You can catch a peek on Instagram to see where I’m heading next! @ElizabethKeene or just search the #EKeeneTravels.
