Inspiration Is Everywhere

When it comes to getting dressed, the feeling of being inspired is absolutely invaluable. For today’s post, I have partnered with Target to share my experience on how I find inspiration everywhere. Specifically, in this case, I was perusing the racks at Target, like I usually do, looking to see if I could find any fun accessories for my house in the home decor department, when I stumbled upon the prettiest throw pillow. The combination of gray, blue and yellow immediately caught my attention and had me thinking of outfit combinations. So, using this pillow as my inspiration, I decided to style an outfit with similar colors. I paired a gray hat and shorts with a yellow sweater and layered a white button-down underneath. I put my own spin on this color combination by adding in an oversized scarf and silver cap toed pumps. Inspiration sometimes comes when we least expect it, whether it’s biking along the beach, looking at our neighbor’s lemon tree, or cruising through our favorite store. When it hits you, be sure to take advantage of it.
